Harris Goodison
Partner, CEOPrior to founding GCG, Harris Goodison spent six years as an investor on the real estate team at Blackstone. Based in NYC, Harris worked across originations, acquisitions and other strategic investments and closed over $5bn of real estate investments.
From 2018-2020 Harris was the second employee on the Blackstone real estate debt strategies team in Sydney where he was staffed with establishing and growing the team in a new market. Harris graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Economics & History.
Justin Hackman
PartnerJustin Hackman began his career in the development and construction space, working as a project-architect and development manager across a variety of asset classes in both private and public facing projects.
Justin worked with Gensler and Hackman Capital Partners on projects including the 5500 Jefferson, The Culver Steps/Studios, and
888 North Douglas, in addition to several South Bay commercial and industrial projects. Justin holds a B.A. in Computer Animation from Boston University.
Prior to joining GCG, Bobby Sillman worked in real estate investment and brokerage, focusing primarily on the South Bay market.
Over the last five years, he has advised on and transacted more than $250 million in South Bay real estate.
Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Bobby leverages strong community ties to deliver actionable market insights, key connections, and a proven track record. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.
